We have visited this place with the family...purely basing on my own earlier delightful experience at this joint and also at Chennai's restaurant.
Ambiance: spartan, clean, neat, understated elegance. Perhaps soft Thai music could have been played
Service: crisp, professional, but sometimes its a drag to elicit the responses; staff can be trained to be attentive yet unobtrusive. They can wear their name badges for easy identification
Food: Well this is the biggest disappointment( when compared with Chennai's joint). Ex: the Raw Papaya Salad should have been crisp, fresh, imbued with bursts of delicate flavors. But it is soggy all the way...; similarly the tenderness in the lemongrass shoots are completely missing; its more fibrous, thick, unpalatable...
Valet Parking: just right and professional
Cleanliness: could be attended proactively by the staff to clearup the tables; patrons could have been provided with tissues alongwith the napkin; for the table is oozing with water from mocktail glass;
Serving: Moctails if chilled, then the glass must be wiped properly and also need to be wrapped with good quality tissue to make it comfortable.
Flexibility: great in tweaking some of the dishes...
What could be done better:
