Authentic Goan Food heavy on the stomach light on the pocket.
The hotels situated right at the begining of the Colaba Market but let that not deter you from enjoying a nice lunch out here. It is one of the no-nonsense type of restaurant where you sit, order, eat, pay and leave... no chit-chat (reasons being its very crowded at lucnh) or fancy decor/sitting here. The crowd is decent too ranging from Firangs to hip-teens to mid-size families and office going crowds.
The food is Authentic Goan Cuisine with likes of Fish-Curry, Fish-n-Chips, Chilly Fry, Steak-n-Onions, Prawn Pulav, Cutlets, etc. with my favs being Chilly Fry & Steak-n-Onions. It is really reasonable with dishes ranging from Rs. 25 to 100.
So if you are looking for a nice Midday Lunch check this place out where you wont regret it if you like Non-Veg that is.
