Fun Crowd but Congested
Ra is a nightclub located in the high-end Phoenix Mills shopping compound. We strolled in around 11:45 PM on Saturday night after a meal at Seijo. The DJ was spinning hip hop and the crowd was loving it - but as the night carried on, the place continued to get more and more congested, until it was simply unbearable. Towards the latter half of the night, the DJ began to spin house, which is not really my cup of tea. Drinks were reasonably priced, but were not stiff at all. Although we ended up having a great time, the next time around I would hope for better crowd control and a strict adherence to hip hop!
