Can gorge without feeling guilty

Wanted to go to Dome but unfortunately there was some private party there so ended up at Corleone. Like the decor, very classy. The also has an instrumental live band playing.

They serve a bread basket with a paste of sundried tomatoes, chilli, garlic and olive oil. It was simply divine. Was also astonised to see whole wheat pasta and whole wheat margerita. Ordered a minestrone soup, margerita and wholewheat penne arrabiata.

The soup arrived instantly after we had ordered it. I know most of the stuff is often kept prepared but doesn't mean they need to remind us like this. The soup was very Indianised as well. Have never seen cauliflower in a minestrone soup before and they had many chunks of it in the soup. Definately avoid.

On the other hand the pasta was really good and you could never tell it was whole wheat. Loved the fresh basil on the pizza. Yummy. I think we ordered too much since just a soup and main course would have been more than sufficent for two of us.

Service was decent but there were only 2 waiters on a fri nite so they looked kinda overloaded.

Damages: Rs 1400 for a soup, pasta and pizza
