Okay..
Now it hasnīt been long since these guys opened up 2 mins from my house, and i was fortunate enough to have been there twice and experience their service to come here and write a review.
Visit 1:
Friday night, 10:30PM - 00:07 AM
Now, we reached there around 10.30, the place is filled with hungry public and had to wait to find ourselves a seat. Even though there were empty seats here and there, on enquiring as to why those werent filled, we got a reply as "Actually manpower less. So we dont seat" ( Wow. Great ). Anyways, we get to seat ourselves on Level 1, the time now is 11:16PM. We order some soups and starters which arrive in 15 mins. "Table number paanch ka raita kidhar ?" or "rich, yahaan se 3 table chodhke woh table par" or "Naresh kidhar gayab ho gaya" or "table saaf kar table saaf kar" is what you'll hear most of the time from the waiters. Next is the main course that takes 25 minutes to arrive. We're half-way into the course and this nepali-new-guy comes up to us and asks us if we cud hurry up, since it was closing time.(Wha ? )
Visit 2:
Sunday afternoon, time 2:15 to 04:30
My second visit there, I decided the seat myself on the ground level. Less chaos today, the place was silent and I could see more servers than friday. I was waiting for the others to join me, so I ordered a mocktail, "Blue Moon" which was brought before me within 8 minutes ( Nice.... ).As the others joined me, we ordered soups and starters as usual which unfortunately again took 30 minutes to be brought to us. The main course took even longer and by the time it arrived, most of our hunger had already died. However, this time, the service was much much better than friday.
Ok so... here's the deal:
The Food:-
Tasty as it should be.
The food is deliciously cooked and well prepared. The dishes are decorated great and presented in the perfect way. 9/10 for the food. Yummy and marvelous.
The service:-
Good. But could be better.
Even though the waiters are friendly, they could improve. The managers ( around 5-6 ) are well spoken, smiling and help you out with stuff. The pictures you see are taken by one of them. The way in which the waiters dress could improve, the way in which they server is good too.
The Ambience:
Excellent.
There is soft instrumental music playing. Most of the times, the place is noisy, but that's because of the large families that visit. The interiors are well lit and well decorated.
Food types:
Select few but great
You'll find Italian, Indian and chinese here. A select few indian dishes. But what they present is fantabulous. No indian soups though.
Must Orders:
The Blue-moon mocktail and the "Chicken Malaysian Kabab" starter. My picks.
I'd rate this place a 6/10 overall.
