The general feeling when you walk into this bakery in Lokhandwala market is one of comfort, warmth, and friendliness. I believe this is run by a husband/wife team, and one or the other is always present - a big sign about how much they care for their business and their customers. The cakes here are simply amazing. Whether you go for something highly customized (which requires a day's notice) or something off the shelf, you won't be disappointed. Everything from fancy dark chocolate cakes to white cakes, to fruit cakes, they've got it all.
They also seem to have a decent assortment of other pastries, such as donuts, eclairs, and cookies; as well as snacks, such as phyllo dough stuffed with paneer; stuffed croissants, etc.
I've never seen anyone walk out of here unsatisfied with the product or service, not even the guy that came in asking what cakes were best for rubbing all over his body (just kidding, of course). All in all, if you're from around the area and are in need of fancy dark chocolate truffle cakes or even Sponge Bob Squarepants cakes, this is your joint.
