Cause of my migraine
I visited this place last evening, with the thought of gifting one of my relatives wit a lovely made to order 21st bday cake in d form of a key. With the lovely reviews written by a lot of people i went here wit a lot of expectations for an awesome cake. But i must say the staff in this place are just not bothered bout the customer. They are not at all accomodative to the needs of customers. At first no one was even ready to answer my queries, they were in their own world, sorting their own confusions & then finally one soul agreed to show me d book for their designs, even discussed the flavours wit me & then when everythin was done, he decided to then enlighten me wit the fact that IT HAD TO BE 3 KGS. I was jus wondering y did he waste so much of my time, in deciding the design n flavour. And the staff memeber was so non co-operative. Just kept saying NO.. NOT POSSIBLE, very rudely. & TRUST ME coz of all this fiasco.. i landed up wit a horrible headache which lasts even till now..
But i must say the cakes over d counter did look tempting.. thats d only reason y i have given them at least 2 stars... but coz of their way of ignoring customers, im sure they are loosing out on quite a few .
Their service truely SUCKS!!!.. The place just makes u feel NOT WANTED TO RETURN..
