fantastic eggless cakes!

My buddy, who is Jain, recently had his wedding anniversary and I thought I'd surprise him with a delicious cake. Now 'eggless' is usually synonymous with less-than-delicious cakes, but Eden blew us all away with the Eggless Belgian Chocolate Cake. It had a delicious frosting, a filling of walnuts and something crispy (couldn't put my finger on it, but I think it was rice krispies), and white chocolate shavings all around. I shelled out Rs 420 for a 1Kg cake. Not bad.

They will also do home delivery for areas in the Lokhandwala vicinity.
