Mother of all the Restaurants- Machan
For all the Souls who have heavy wallet and love Peshwari food - Machan is a must visit.
This restaurant is part of "Mainland China" restaurants.The restaurant has kept its High Standard of Service & Quality.
The theme of the restaurant is that of Jungle and as the name says you get a feeling of sitting on a Machan.
The service staff is extremely courteous and prompt.
Drinks: Alcoholic drinks are very expensive and should be avoided if possible- place not for guzzlers ....
Try the Aam Ka Jaljeera- The taste of this drink is very unique and refreshing, quite different from the Jaljeera drink available is other restaurants.
For all the carnivorous tribe you must eat the lip smacking Kebabs, Hunter Chicken and not to forget the Jafrani Biryani....the taste is too good !
The rates are on the higher side but worth the money you pay, you get ample time to sit, talk and eat at your leisure
All in all after Bukhara ( of ITC sheraton) , the best place in Mumbai I have eaten Peshwari food is Machan!
