Over a supper conversation at Cafe Brio, I was telling my friend how Rahejas (the promoter of the Brio Chain, also the owners of Shoppers Stop, Hypercity, etc.) have a sense of class and understatement in everything they do as a retail venture, resulting in a very Chic ambiance for the places they make for the rest of us to spend our money at!
Cafe Brio carries the same sense of class and space that you'd find at the other Raheja properties. This one at Juhu specially more so. Its a small place, and hence always full, so much that you'd have to wait for a while sometimes. But if you are a regular, you'll notice the warmth and the friendliness the service staff exude every time you are around, and they are eager to serve. full marks on that one!
Brio also incidentally has some very good coffee and eats too :) Liked the Pasta we ordered, it was Fuselli in White sauce with Chicken pieces thrown in. And my pick of the meal was the yummy BBQ Chicken sandwich which was grilled just right and had the right amount of onions inside to make it a feel good meal !!
Overall, a good evening spent at a good place. They only need to expand the space to accommodate more people right there!
