Slurppppppp....
This is one of those stories of rags to riches. Bittoo Tikki Wala (or BTW, as the logo and the shirts of the staff read) started with a couple of roadside carts being put up here, and his tikki was wonderful. So people kept coming,....Very big portions, Tikki fried just right, no excess oil and yummy embellishments made him popular
These days though , my fav is the Bhalla Papdi that they make. Humongous helpings which have to be usually split amongst 2, oodles of Dahi which is sweetened just right, and pickled arbi and aalu for garnishing along with some nice papdi is just rightly made.
BTW is on an expansion spree and has another outlet bang opposite TV tower in pitampura, and some more. but the quality of food is still the same
The main one, which is this one, now serves various different kind of snacks, including south indian food too! but the dahi bhalla is the favourite as of now :)
