It was a week day and we wanted to have a lunch over some lazy talks...the ideal joint we could think of if is Papa Poncho....off Carter Road.
You go upstairs, the low ceiling hangs on you, bend yourself and sneak into the seating area and make yourself comfortable seating on the floor with Takias or small cushions.....low high tables..just right for a seating, the decor tried to give some Dhaba type look.
Food is reasonably good. We ordered some Punjabi dishes, including Staffed Karela....that was too good. Pindi Chana was up to the mark. Rotis were just right...and the Lassi....was just full with makhhan...
One of the very few places where you get authentic Punjabi food.
