Good Food, Pathetic Service
We went to White to celebrate Valentines Day. All tables were occupied and we sat near the kitchen. The ambience was good, but the staff were running around aimlessly. After sitting for 10mins, we had to ask for the menu. The beer were served, 15 mins after ordering it, that too after a reminder. Ditto for the iced tea and pepsi!!. Waiters just seem to forget the orders. The food and drink is just lying for someone to pick up and deliver to the tables. We observed a pizza lying for over 45 mins on the kitchen counter before it was delivered to some table!. Diners at 3 tables WALKED OUT due to the poor service. To top it all, the manager, a very rude gentleman by the name Aditya Mhatre curtly informed us that the staff were under pressure. I believe if they cant handle it SHUT SHOP! Once a customer walks in, u better meet his expectations. Overall it took 2 hours for us to get something to eat. The food was good, but the service left a bitter taste in our mouth.
