We visited this place on the day of the 20/20 India-Australia match at Brabourne, which was lucky as the place was empty and we didn't have to wait to be seated.
All the food was good, and prices were quite reasonable too - the total bill for 8 people came to around Rs 1700 odd. We tried a couple of soups (Minestrone, Mushroom), the Caeser salad, Spiced Shoestring fries, Fries with cheese, around 6 different types of pasta, New
Potato and Cheddar Melt and brownie/chocolate shake for dessert. Of this, the cheesy chips, the New
Potato and Cheddar Melt and the pasta with Mamma Rossa sauce (imaginative combo of red and white sauce) were absolutely the yummiest!
Must also mention their lovely Watermelon & Mint cooler, which is very refreshing, especially on a warm day.
Desserts are okay, but I have yet to find one I really like!
They also serve sandwiches and pizzas by the slice, which is a good option for those on a budget and when everyone in a group wants to have a different pizza. Haven't tried this as yet, but will do so on my next visit.
A good joint for tasty and reasonable food at Pedder Road, definitely worth dropping by for lunch or dinner. It's also ideal for a quick snack or a quiet brunch with a good book.
