Whatever?!
The coffee is better at brio, barista, cafe coffee day or any other inexpensive coffee shop , the service is better at any other coffee shop in the city. Was there a need for a Costa coffee in Mumbai if they're here just for the ambiance? Well, on days when I want ambiance or a place to read my book I'd rather go to Prithvi or JW Marriott's BBC.
