Bad Service, Good Food
All said and done, the food here is excellent. The 2 stars are for that.
Apart from that, the service is really bad. Once we were seated, they took like 10 minutes to even serve us water and give us a menu card. This in spite of me signalling to the waiter atleast 2-3 times.
They have a very cocky attitude and do not change or alter dishes as per customer preference. I guess they believe that they know it all.
They have made a blooper in the menu card, have included a tuna pizza in the veg section. I pointed it out the 1st time I was there, the manager said that the new menu cards have gone for printing. But they hadn't come the 2nd time I went almost a month after my earlier visit.
The air conditioned section is too smoky, I personally prefer the outdoors.
Now to the main part, food. Food is yummy, right from the wine list, the soups, appetizers, pizza, pasta, desserts. Everything is superb. The waiters are well informed. I remember having the tomato bruschetta which i loved. Also the sundried tomato pizza was excellent. Pastas come in 2 options, normal pasta and organic pasta. They were delicious. Desserts were excellent.
It is a bit expensive, but food makes up for it.
They need to concentrate on improving customer relations and experience.
