Now I don't wanna seem misleading here, I am not saying that Mings is cheap, but it is very decently priced. You can order a thai curry rice (N/V) for under Rs. 100, which on its own is a meal (and I eat a LOT). That being said the quality of the food is very decent, the speed of delivery pretty good, and considering you are in an Air Conditioned restaurant, you are paying very very decent prices. The nice thing is that the different gravies with the various dishes don't seem like the same stock with different veggies and spices. It at least feels like they have cooked it for you from scratch. They at least have a decent sea food menu (chinese) as well as pork and lamb (red meat in chinese is unbeatable). The pork dishes although tempting, tend to be way on the heavy side. The lamb dishes rock this world. Veggies have a surprisingly well varied amount of dishes from which to choose, including brinjal dishes (which i haven't found in any semi-low cost chinese establishment). They have a Tibetan menu which they haven't started serving, and in the last year or so, haven't seemed as though they will be starting, so you can ignore it, don't be disappointed though... the chinese fare is good enough to give the place a try at least once, i guarantee you won't hate it. And considering (forgive the grammer) the quality of food, variety of choices, and the pricing, you will probably try it again...
