never on time!!!!
never trust Candies to deliver on time!!!! this place has good items on the menu but.... BEWARE if you are asking for a delivery!!!! your guests will have left by the time the cake arrives.
We had placed an order for 3 cakes for an office party which was delivered an hour late!!!! on checking with the delivery boy we found that he had left the shop at 2 pm with an order which was supposed to reach us at 1:30 pm. All my repeated calls met with the same standard response that the cake is on the way while it had not yet left the shop!!!!!
My complaint fell of deaf ears & Candies staff had no concern that they were losing a large customer permanently. This was the first time we had ordered from Candies and will never repeat this mistake!!!!!
