Rude lady at the counter
Went there to grab a cake for a colleague's birthday. When I asked the lady at the counter whether the cakes were fresh, she casually said that they receive fresh supplies everyday. I still wanted to confirm that the cake that I had chosen was indeed fresh (it looked stale), so I asked her whether that particular cake was fresh. At that point she said that she gets angered easily about such things. Waitaminute, lady. You are in the goddamn retail industry. If you get angered easily, go do something else for a living. We bought the cake anyways :-(
The cake was okayish with the typical Monginis style of more icing and less of the cake.
I am not going to Monginis again (atleast to buy a cake).
