was at Thai pavilion recently and this time we didn't play around too much with the menu. went straight for the som tam papaya salad which was wok.
for the main course we got the red and green curries with white rice which was excellent.
the red curry is slightly fiery but still a markedly different from the green.
the green curry was unlike any ive had (except here) it was slightly spicy but def had more of a taste when compared to the red which offered more of a kick.
a good meal but i wouldnt want to do just curries again, so i hope that the Thai Pavilion has gotten its act together on the rest of the menu.
the ambience is very in the very generic 5 star hotel does a thai rest motif, cool, comfy and classy nonetheless but not much character.
service was excellent.
