Wow! Bakery ho to aisi :)
This is the type of bakery that all should emulate. Comfortable, family run atmosphere, gentle, kind service with a smile, and above all, amazing desserts and pastries. Try the chocolate silk for dark chocolate lovers and carrot cake. Those looking for the savory instead of the sweet, try their specialty omelettes and sandwiches. Haven't tried them, but they look delicious. Anytime in Colaba, it's Theobroma all the way.
