Someone called moi 'Pathetic'?
Well... a certain 'reviewer' - Ms. Jesrani commented on dear-ol Tratts being 'pathetic' in service (in a review for Mangii Ferra).. This is more of a response than a review (Sorry fellow burrpers!)
First -- Cuisine is not just about the tongue... a few other sensory organs can just be as useful, if not more... So there has to be some ambience (please don't even get to start comparing MF to Tratts) and decor... Also, kindly give this eatery some benefit -- it's also a 24-hour coffee-shop for the residents of the business hotel
Second -- Whatever made you think about the service at Tratts as sub-average must only have been perhaps a bad day.. not for the restaurant ---- for you! There's enough testimony available.. and you don't need to head South for that... I belong to the suburbs as much as you do... but know one thing for sure -- there's really nothing like a Sobo -- it's only in your own mind... where you hope to claw out of an inferiority built only by yourself -- and if you really are into PR (as your profile suggests)... YOU NEED HELP!
Third -- Please visit Tratts again ... anytime... and just don't leave your wine in the glass for long ... this thing called Central air-conditioning takes its toll on liquid temperatures... I assure you of good quality wine (i.e. if you visit looking for quality)
Fourth & last -- I'd rather you leave a review with the restaurant manager at Tratts to 'help' them out of a once-in-a-lifetime 'bad' review... This way, we all can laugh!
