Trendy Scene - Pretentious; Expensive Drinks
Zenzi is definitely a scene - Mumbai's foo foo it-crowd, strong ex-pat representation, and pricey drinks make it a bit pretentious. But that does not mean it's not fun. The two times I've been here have been enjoyable. Of course I'd rather not fork out INR 1000 for a Belvedere Tonic, but that's the price you pay to be amongst the city's elite. Zenzi also hosts neat events throughout the week (i.e. Salsa classes), making it a true destination spot.
