Midnight Spot for the Centralites
I have been frequenting this place for a few years now. Unlike, the coffee shops in the Western Surburb 5 Stars, which are usually packed to the brim and pretty noisy, Hornby's Pavillon is more quiet and private. I especially like ITC for its Grand Decor its definitely a pleasant experience at that hour.
I have never visited this place before 1AM so I don't know what the scene is earlier but its definitely really chilled out that hour. I usually get myself Chocolate Brownie, with Chocolate Sauce which is simply heaven. The coffees are pretty decent too.
In general, the staff is very attentive, the only downside is - for some reason they take ages to get your bill. I don't know what the issue is, but each time I have wait for at least 15-20 mins for the bill to arrive- the wait feels even longer coz at 2:30AM all you're fantasizing is getting into your bed. So make sure you call for you bill half way through your coffee!
