This was quite an experience to have at a salon, where the stylist did not understand that i wanted a trim and asked me mid-way what was the haircut I wanted?! Unfortunately I dont remember her name since this incident happened in July 09. At one point she even went ahead and said it was my fault to not tell her what I wanted. What happened to service levels in this place? And what about the fact that she was busy trying to fix up some freshers interview at the salon who was suppose to come and visit her with the resume! Shame on such pathetic service. Hope they realize it.
