    Dear All,
    Renting videos from Big Flix is an aweful experience. They promise you a lot of videos (1 a day) home delivery. After payment you will realize that all the movies that you ask are on short wait or long wait. You will never get them before a week. The call center is useless with different callers giving different info. MIND YOU THERE IS NO REFUND OF YOUR MONEY
