I have been a fan on Cream Center (but for the waiting period) and Bombay Blue was a joint venture of Cream Center with Copper Chimney which was acquired by Future Group. I was there at the Fort outlet yesterday and came out utterly unimpressed unlike previous visits. The hummus was reddish in colour!!! The pita bread to me looked like the readymade pizza base slit open. The chole bhatura is definitely not recommended now. The chole taste is definitely what one would expect and the Bhatura was swimming in oil. I had ordered the Punjabi thali in which the Paneer gravy was tasting weird. My friend also had ordered the thali and we mentioned to the captain on the gravy being funny but he promptly said that they had no complaints on this from anyone else. Wow that is some service. The table next to us politely complained (as in hushed voices) about some insect or such in their food that too one which was alive!!!! Left a real bad taste in the mouth...... Considering the bomb they charge you for the food, I would definitely not be keen on eating roaches again here.
