I had been going here regularly wenever possible... but my last experience with the multiplex was sour... it reminded me of the days (a yr dwn d lane) wen the prices were low & d service ws damn good... tdy tgh they have increased d prices (which isnt a big issue) but their service standard has deteriorated a hell lot! hw i wished they did bring back the earlier kind of service... wen i ws wtchng MNIK on sunday, we had to face power failure not once but twice.... to top that, their food counter kept stale food of the previous day!! their sandwich did make me sick the same day.. since i only had dat as my br8fast...
they knew very well that since they had more shows, they shld ve had more employees workng in d mrng shifts... but there were hardly 2 ppl at d tckt counter which led to huge queues & tgh i had booked my tckt online, i had 2 wait for 20 mins wid only 8 ppl in front of me b4 i got my hands on my tckt!! while inquiring abt d reason for power failure, we were told to better be seated or leave!!! is d mgt listening.... if so, better make amendments to d service offered by u!
