  • Disgusting and disappointing 2009-10-18

    I was planning to get a hair makeover for my coming birthday and I called at the salon to take the appointment on Monday(which was my off). The guy said that I can fix time from 11 to 8 in evening. I told him that I will call back in 10 minutes to confirm.
    After 10 minutes when I called there was some other person on that side and he said that they are closed on Monday and you can go to Versova branch. Had it been the case that the first person would have told me before I would have looked for some other BETTER and MORE PROFESSIONAL salon than this. They spoiled my birthday planning big time. Total mood spoilers and Highly unprofessional.
    I am Never ever ever ever going to them again.
