  • The Most Horrible Restaurant of All time 2009-10-19

Seeing the propaganda it had done with huge bill boards boasting of a menu for 450 ++ where one gets 8 starter , a wide spread of food and desserts , i decided to celebrate diwali there with my family. But to my surprise the restaurant experience was so bad that i would remember for a life time. Booked my table at 8:30 pm over the phone and was told that the table would take 1 hour maximum. Finally got the table at at 10:15 pm.. 45 minutes late..
    Ambience:
The ambience of the restaurant is so dull and gloomy, that one just cannot identify what is getting into the mouth till the food hits your pallet and the taste tells you oh that was fish or a chicken.
    Service:
A 3 star hotel, i should have expected that the service would not be so great.. Cold barbecue coming on the table, waiters refusing to get chat from the chat counter and asking us to go get yourself , and a request for a hot barbecue skewer taking almost 20 minutes and in the end it was not worth the wait.
    Food:
Oily, Cold... Prawn Size: Had heard of King prawns, but this restaurant serves 'Baby Prawn's and stale Fish and chicken that is hard and dry.
    Overall Experience:
    Far below Average:
I still regret why did i go to the restaurant and spent 478 per head for nothing... Barbecue nations or aromas of china would have been a better pick as they are class apart.. A local dhaba would have been better..NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL..GO AT YOUR OWN RISK
