I would advice ppl to sit in the lower level order their beers and dishes, not expect too much attention from the waiters and be patient with your orders.
Post 26/11 the place has dramatically changed it's approach to customers. Gone, are the days when there used to be these friendly lot of guys serving you some beer. It's all about maximum profits, fast moving rounds of orders on tables and i guess the number of souvenirs sold in a day. -
