I've been to this hole thrice and every time there is a problem with the place. We've found hair/insects in the food, dirty plates, rude waitstaff you name it. The last time we went the manager took our order himself and I noticed he didn't have a notepad or anything to write stuff down. Then he got us something else and when we complained he got rude and arrogant and blamed us for the goof up! He accused us of not reminding him of the order (WTF?) and even went on to say that we were distracted while placing it, talking amongst ourselves and that he'd been taking orders for years now so there's no chance it's his fault!! Major A-hole.
If anybody knows a health inspector please send him here. He might find worse stuff than dead insects, hair in the food and the extremely rude "manager".
