Been to Ruby Tuesday two years back. Had a horrible experience, ordered for beer which was very wel chilled and served but when the fish n chips came on table..it was one of the horrible iever had in my life...thick fillet,,smelly..not cooked properly with batter coming off. this usually happens when the fish is stale ..
Visited again yesterday thinking to have nice conti food..ordered for herb crusted Tilapia and Chicken Piccata...and beer Budweiser..
beer warm not cold...incredibly expensive...that was still okay...when food came it was the biggest disappointment...ou get such type of western food in outlets where you have indian chefs making western food ...Fish was salty...rice as accompaniment was salty and cold and sauce poured on fish out of generosity...
Chicken Piccata was served with sphagetti pasta..do not want to describe it..otherwise time and writing space will be a constraint..When we asked for comment card were told it did not come from delhi office and there is no other mode of writing feedback...could then sense the reason why RUby Tuesday was empty on a day like saturday night....we were charged Imported beer for Budweiser although i am sure people knows now its domestic as bottled here. On asking this i was told they didnt have Icon for it..
