I used to really like this place to chill esp since you can do hukka, eat, drink and enjoy music at the same time. But now it is a perfect example of how service can make or break a place.
THIS IS THE FIRST PLACE I ACTUALLY WISH I COULD GIVE A ZERO OR A NEGATIVE RATING !!
Being a Sat night I was told there was an hour waiting when I called to make a reservation. The guy on the reservation desk was really nice and managed to get us a table in 20 mins despite the place being full. We were about 6 people and were expecting a few more people. We placed an order for hukka and a few drinks. Half an hour passed peacefully with the coal being changed without even being asked. Great service which used to be a hallmark of this place.
And that's were the horror story begins. After every 5 mins the waiter would ask us to leave saying a lot of people are waiting. So we asked him what the minimum billing was and we are happy to meet it but all they said like a broken record was there is lot of waiting.
We also spoke to 2 different managers one of who without bothering to check said we had been occupying the table for 3 hrs. All he needed to do was check at the reception and he would know the exact time we arrived.
Some of my friends had actually come from town just to be shooed away like cattle. An extremely embarrassing episode given that I had strongly recommended the place. Instead of arguing with them we just decided to leave.
Of course as we were leaving we did see that there was not a single person sitting near the reception.
