Be it quality, quantity or service, i have never been satisfied on either front with this place. I can understand why the local jain crowd is attracted to this place, but seriously there are many other places that have been offering jain options for decades now (Popular restaurant, for one)!
I just love south indian food as breakfast and so when i heard of this place, i ordered. The sambhar was hot and tasteless (it seems chillies are the only spice they know of), and there were hardly any veggies in it. The chutney was average, again spiced up with green chillies. The dosa was adorned with black soot of the tawa which made me regret being the first one to order (isn't it customary to throw away the first one made because of this same reason?). The idli was mushy maybe cause it was packed without letting the steam out (another basics violated).
Not letting just one experience dictate my view, i have since ordered and eaten there a few more times, but have never been satisfied. While there are those who like it, i'll pass on it!
