Terrible coffee, pathetic personnel and no coffee-shop feel! The place COMPLETELY SUCKS!! The coffee is overpriced which could have been understandable had it been good quality and served with a smile. The only highlight of the place is the philly cheesecake which is recommended. but the feel of the place is so uninviting and cold that u dont want to spend more than a minute necessary...a far cry from the extremely lovable and homely-feeling starbucks cafes (around which the shop seems to be modelled!)
