This review comes after experiencing the worst it could be at a place where I visit daily.
Have been regular to this place for as long as 3years or may be even more but not less. People there would listen and religiously follow instructions by patrons. Keeping customer happy seemed to be prime motto then, which made this place the best hang-out in mulund and adjoining area, atleast.
The hookahs were good, the people were good, the food was good, the service was good.....
With change of hands and new managers coming in seem to have taken customers for granted. Hotel business is all about adjusting for customers and cheering them. Here the managers now would be happy enough to say " NO WE DON'T DO LIKE THAT" .
From Changing channel on the big screen to changing the song to swapping of seats the answer remains the same : NO WE DON'T DO LIKE THAT" .
They have become more rigid and arrogant.
I remember sending a portion of garlic bread back thrice for not suiting my requirements which they happily did and also gave complimentary desserts for causing the inconvenience.
And for now when i asked why the garlic bread is so dry.. The answer was Garlic breads are served like this world over, when told to redo it the answer was again : NO WE DON'T DO LIKE THAT" .
The stewards do not know what the flavor of hukka is and would simply smoke a few puffs and say " FLAVOR BARABAR TO AA RAHA HAI" when asked him what was the taste he was experiencing he had given 4 random names all of which turned out to be wrong.
guys dot go go by previous reviews... Timbuctoo was too good to be avoided then but now things are completely the opposite of what got timbuctoo the name and fame.
