Last month we visited Zenzi for few drinks & dinner with our friends in total we were five adults .This was my first visit to this place. We placed our order, which came in late ??? cocktails were good; however much to my disappointment the food was not appetizing ..... Pitiable !!!!!
I raised my concern with one of the workforce ( that's what I should call them, they are not service staff ) but to my dismay the workforce also has Sick Attitude ( we could see them communicating amongst themselves ridiculing our feedback ) Boss of this workforce did apologise but It was more of a favour to us. Workforce could not hide there poor attitude, naturally we were shocked by this.
As a consumer I believe I have a right to complain if I am not happy with the services provided. I believe restaurants like these have a high and mighty attitude ! Such arrogance has no place in f & b business.
Please order take-away and mix your own drinks rather than visiting such a place.
We will never visit this place even if offered free Champagne & Caviar
