Mahesh Dattani is one of India's most senior playwrights and theatre practitioner. This workshop's process combines some universal principles that can be applied to stage or film writing. What the participants will gain from this: The four-week workshop will be of great benefit to those who wish to understand the tools of dramatic writing. Project works are encouraged and participants can bring their work in progress. It will be a hands-on experience in writing scenes that are original and as unique as the person writing them. The workshop will culminate in a presentation of scenes written by the participants and performed by the participants of the actors workshop.
