Event DetailsYou may be miles away from the Orient but this Chinese New Year, Emperor’s Court, the Chinese specialty restaurant at the Renaissance offers guests a truly authentic and lavish feast to celebrate the year of the Tiger. Treat yourself to an elaborate and exotic dining experience as you let your taste buds savour oriental delicacies especially created by Master Chef Tso Kim Fu to celebrate this special occasion. On offer is a wide array of appetizers for you to take you pick - fresh crab meat with caviar, vegetable tempura platter or a vegetable salad to name a few. Moving on, you might like to savour soups like double boiled chicken with Chinese herbs, seafood with asparagus in egg white sauce, vegetable wonton or vegetables with bamboo shoot. For the main course, tantalize your taste buds with grilled lamb chop cooked in honey pepper sauce, pan-fried king prawn cooked in barbeque sauce or vegetarian delicacies like mixed vegetables with bean curd cooked in black pepper sauce, sliced potato cooked in black bean sauce. Choose to put a sweet finishing touch to this divine meal with the surprise special dessert of the day. Guests can choose to indulge in the delicacies of the ‘A la carte’ or ‘Set’ menu. The special set menu at Emperor’s Court will be priced at Rs. 2300 for non-vegetarians and Rs. 1800 for vegetarians.
