Salads like marinated chicken with peanut sauce. Soups such as double boiled carrot and raddish soup with pork ribs and fish clear soup with coriander in egg broth. The Main course will consist of delicious dishes such as pan fried egg omelet with prawns and chicken, braised prawns with pumpkin and deep fried chicken marinated with fine shrimp sauce. The Singapore Chilli Crab is Chef Joo Kiang NG’s signature dish which will definitely leave you hungry for more. He also whips up the most appetizing dishes which have bags of flavor such as steamed crab with ginger and garlic sauce, sauteed lobster with cheese ginger spring onion and deep fried pomfret with mustard wine sauce.
