    Get your fishing rod and dinghy ready to catch your favourite fish at Far East. Far East brings you lots of fresh seafood. You can select from the choicest range of seafood on display both live and freshly caught which then would be cooked to your delight by Chef Thomas Lai. A large ornamental dual seafood tank adorns the center of the restaurant. Lobsters, Scampi, Farmed and Fresh Prawns, Crabs, Pompret, Rawas, Tuna and many other delectable seafood recipes are part of this 10 day festival. Go wild with Lobster in Black Bean Sauce, Scampi in Brandy Sauce, Crabs with Ikan Curry, Grilled Salmon with Oyster Chilli, Tuna with Green Garlic Sauce, Prawns with Cantonese Sauce and much more.
