Cringing, craving, bingeing, braving... you always have an opinion on what's hot and what's not in your city and we just love to hear it. Besides, there's no better place to satiate that itch to bitch!
Gulmurg is hosting a Parantha Festival. A special menu has been created by the chef that includes different types of parantha. The highlight of the menu is that all these paranthas are prepared in different styles. Some of them roasted and topped with butter, shallow fried or pan grilled. But all have that delectable chef’s touch which makes it all so delicious. The menu also has options for vegetarians and non vegetarians alike. Besides the traditional aloo parantha, mooli parantha and gobi majedar, there are many more to choose from. The non vegetarians can feast on Lababdar kheema (spicy kheema), reshmi chicken da parantha (tandoori smoked chicken reshmi tikka) etc. The chef specials include Pyaz aur mirch ka dhamaka and Mutter cheese masti (peas and cheese in chefs secret recipe). All paranthas are served with raita, dal makhni, spicy pickle and a pint of beer.
