Event DetailsThis Valentine’s season, Renaissance Mumbai Hotel and Convention Center is celebrating the month of love in a very unique manner with the Kamasutra Food Festival being hosted at the Nawab Saheb, a fine dining Indian cuisine restaurant. The Kamasutra, besides being an ancient scripture on love and pleasure, is of historical relevance as it also holds secrets of the usage of different food ingredients. According to this revered and world-renowned text, food plays an important role in keeping the body, mind and spirit invigorated - there are seven secret / key ingredients - Garlic, Dry Dates, Honey, Chillies, Almonds, Saffron and Spices - that play an important role and these have been further interpreted and used by khansamas and bawarchis across the world. Chef Bhairav, Master Indian Chef, Nawab Saheb, weaves his magic to surprise your love one with a magical meal par excellence - a truly unusual meal to celebrate the season. The seven key ingredients will be used for the exotic, aphrodisiac meal. From the salad to the dessert, indulge in a meal that has been created keeping in mind age-old tradition and custom. The tantalising menu for the festival comprises of set meals in three categories viz. Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian and Seafood.
