The Chinese Lantern Festival marks the end of the Chinese New Year celebrations. Courtyard by Marriott, Mumbai International Airport will celebrate the festival with a traditional Chinese menu at your favorite Pan-Asian restaurant Red Zen. Chef Praiwan presents a comprehensive menu featuring crafted delicacies from various regions of China like Szechuan, Hunan and Shanghai. The Chinese lantern festival is a time for families. Enjoy the occasion with your family over a special ‘Make Your Clay Pot’ family meal, which is a sumptuous blend of Oriental flavors and fresh ingredients cooked in a traditional Chinese clay pot. Chinese music will serenade you in the background, while you relish the scrumptious meal. The multi-course menu has diverse offerings such as chilly celery crunchy baby corn in Sichuan style or shanghai style black pepper mushroom or pan-fried dumplings and Non-Vegetarian appetizers like shredded beef with hot bean and shitake mushroom or shredded lamb in Sichuan pepper sauce. Relish some of the traditional soups on the menu such as hot pot soup, shark fin soup or chicken egg drop soup. wok fried prawns with x.o sauce and asparagus, grilled lobster with Chinese herb sauce, sea bass in black bean sauce, stir fried chicken in chilly oyster sauce, sliced lamb with ginger scallion sauce or sautéed beef with green pepper and black bean sauce are a few of Chef Praiwan’s signature dishes.
