Event DetailsITC Maratha announces the opening of the Oktoberfest being hosted at The Peshwa Pavilion, all day dining restaurant, on Saturdays for dinner and Sundays for brunch. Linger over unlimited beer and satisfy the most discerning palate with German Specialties that will be offered showcasing Germany's sumptuous kitchen and large repertoire of charcuterie, cheese, wursts, roasts, casseroles, breads and desserts. The expansive atrium summons as The Peshwa Pavilion offers German delicacies, like Spit roasted chicken, German sausages grilled at site, served with spatzle, paprika tinged tomato sauce, mustard, apple salsa, caramelised onions, Asparagus Baden Baden - Asparagus spears, cloaked with Black forest ham, dipped in beer batter and fried, Rote Rubensalaat Pickled beetroot salad, Roll Mopse Herring / Sardines rolled and wine poached, Sauerkraut soup with German bread rolls, Sauerbraten Marinated pot roast in a sweet sour sauce, Spicy sausage stuffed mushrooms, Schokoladenpudding Steamed chocolate pudding, Apple strudel, Black forest Torte with Kirsch spiked cherries, amongst others.
