Event DetailsThe story set in 1947, is about an old Hindu woman in Lahore. She has been robbed of her son and family during the riots. She is determined that she should not be robbed of her home too. A Muslim refugee family from Lucknow are all set to take over the old lady’s home. They have suffered the painful displacement of partition and are desperate and are even ready to bring in the local political goondas to have their own way.
