Event DetailsThe Monsoon Special Kokum Express arrives at Parabola with freshness of flavours. Start with the Sol Kadi to vet your appetite and then go on to a hot steaming bowl of Tomato Saar if you are a vegetarian or Conja de Galina soup if you are a non-vegetarian. Take further your culinary exploration to Rissois de Camarao, Kothimbir Vadi, Chorizo for starters. The main course consists of Kombdi cha Kalvan, Sambrachi Kodi, Bimlis Sorak, Kurli Masala, Galina Cafreal, Sorpotel to go with Steamed Sanna, Sungta Bhaat, Pav, Roti. Wrap it up with Ukdiche Modak, Dodol or Bibinca or other delectable deserts. From the beaches of Goa crossing the numerous undulations of the Western Ghats the Gastronomic delights of the Konkan belt are being brought alive with a typical buffet spread and ambience at the Parabola. Soft Konkani music will set the tone.
