Event DetailsRoom 1: Have DJ Pinaki, who is one of the three members of 3rd Degree. 3rd Degree Is A Rap Group Formed by Koncept (Alistair), Bonafide (Sean) and Phenom (Pinaki) in 2003.As DJ’s and MC’s, they have always strived to take hip-hop to the world from India. 3rd Degree is the only original hip hop group out of India who have associated real hip hop and Indian music elements to create new sounds & to put India on the international hip hop map. They are currently working on their debut album to be released in the next few months. They have so far, released a Promo CD with 5 of their promotional tracks, their own Comic Strip (Titled 3RD Degree) and also their Clothing Line (3rd Degree Clothing).
Room 2: SuKhush (6362MetaForce/Altar Records, New York, USA) features Rachel laying down live grooves & improvisation on the C Flute over husband Vish’s DJ sets of funky world electronica (breakbeats, dubstep, downtempo & chill-out). SuKhush developed its pineal-tingling blend of the organic & technological while Vish and Rachel owned and operated their own nightclub (Tres Botas) in Bombay during the early 2000s.
