Free Food, Good Food 2012-05-23
When I was working in Fort I have been here twice. Both times had free food here. Office parties and farewells. Talking about food, it was a great experience. Pot rice is my personal favourite. The desserts were heavenly.
Never felt like working after heavy lunch at 5 Spice. Great place to be. -

DISREGARD TOWARDS CUSTOMER 2012-03-24
My family and i have been visiting 5spice,fort since the time 5spice wasn't even that popular.My last visit with my family was an absolute disappointment.
Since we had a waiting of 45 mins,We kept a death by chocolate cake and a couple of cheesecakes on reserve.when we asked for our desert,they refused to serve us the cheesecakes inspite of them being available,stating that they were reserved for someone else,that too ,for someone who came to dine long after we were seated.

Not so good anymore 2012-03-05
I'm used to be a big fan of 5 Spice. So it was a huge disappointment for me when me & my friends went there yesterday. All 3 of us had to restrict ourselves to the veg menu as we are observing a fast. We ordered the Veg Wantons & the Mongolian Veg Pot Rice. The Veg Wantons seemed stale like they were in the freezer for a while. There was no sign of vegetables in the Wanton. Just a few pieces floating in the watery broth . The pot rice was strictly OK. The only good thing about the meal were the desserts. -

What a dismay! 2012-02-27
I feel serving STALE food speaks volumes of a restaurant, we called for mandarin noodles and it was spoiled, it smelled off and the texture was not right and on top of it the waiter doesn't bother apologizing but gives us the most ridiculous reason. Since the place is known for its desserts I was pretty confident nothing would go wrong there but to my disappointment there was a hair in my chocolate mud cake. I WOULDN'T recommend this place as the quality of the food is a disaster! -

I was a big fan of 5spice however i have had very bad experience the last 3 times i visited. I love having the Thai green curry here and as its a family fav i called for it home and the cook had managed to send me a really watery gravy that was dark green in colour. Thai curry is usually lighter green and of a little thicker consistency. i had to send the curry back. this was from the Malad restaurant. today i visited the bandra one and was very disappointed with the service and the quality of food! the food did not come for an hour and when the Thai curry arrived it tasted like water and spice.... read more -

I had been looking forward to eating here but was sorely disappointed, the service was terrible, so many items were unavailable, the waiters were clueless and just chatted amongst themselves, its took them half an hour to just get us our mineral water, each dish came at half hour intervals, the kids kept screaming because there was never enough food on the table, we were a large group but thats no excuse they should have been more organised, the water we had ordered in the middle of the meal came after we had finished when we asked them to take it back because we didn't want it anymore they were... read more -

One of the Best Chinese outlets 2011-12-29
Being a vegetarian I wasn't sure about the quality of food..but must say wasn't disappointed at all...Awesome place for Chinese lovers!! -

Taste on a Sweet note 2011-12-29
Hear a lot about 5 spice so we ordered last evening but the all chinese food what we ordered was more on a sweet note even the manchurian was sweet ane not chinese punch to the chinese dish we ordered. -
